Beware of terrorist groups in the Church! That's right. Terrorist groups do exist and are operating in the local congregations and in the Church ‘at large' right now with a great measure of success.

Now that I'm sure I've got your attention let me explain. A few weeks ago while on vacation my mother called my attention to an article from a quarterly magazine she has been receiving - the Kinship Journal: Minnesota - Iowa Christian Broadcasting. The title of the article was Beware of Terrorist Groups in the Church! Let me share the article with you.

During these summer months when children are at home more of the time, parents have many more ‘teachable moments' to take advantage of. Why not spend some of that extra time teaching your children to pray?

The following "10 Ways to Help Children Pray" were designed by parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and friends of children. These ‘tips' appeared in the February 1998 issue of the Lutheran Witness. Enjoy!
